GAME ROSTERS

Game day rosters are necessary to bring to each game and give to the opposing team/referee during check in.

BALL

Size 5. Home team to provide a suitable game ball

SUBSTITUTIONS

Unlimited substitutions at any stoppage, with permission of the referee

GAME LENGTH

Two 35 Minute Halves

Length: Recommended 75 yards - minimum 70 yards maximum 80 yards.

Width: Recommended 50 yards minimum 45 yards maximum 55 yards.

GOAL SIZE

Either 7x21 or 6x18 Size can be used

CENTER CIRCLE

8 Yard Radius

PENALTY AREA

14 Yards

GOALIES

They can only throw the ball or play the ball with their feet. They cannot punt or drop kick the ball.
